  Presentation types

There are two types of presentations: Oral and Poster. When submitting, authors must select their preferred presentation type. However, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee, according to the relevance and scientific content of the abstract, and availability of the sessions.

  Topics

When submitting abstracts, select the topic that best suits your abstract:

  • GENETIC RESOURCES / NURSERY MANAGEMENT
  • PESTS AND DISEASES
  • CULTURAL MANAGEMENT
  • POST HARVEST / PROCESSING
  • HUMAN HEALTH AND NUTRITION
  • MARKETING / COMMERCIAL STREAM

  General Rules

  • Abstracts must be written in English and Spanish.
  • Initial and Surname of all authors must appear in the abstract. For each author indicate Institutions and/or Organizations, city and country, but not include full address.
  • Maximum length of abstract: 300 words.
  • Final decision of the Scientific Committee will be notified by email to the Authors until May 15th.
  • If accepted, authors must be registered in the Congress before June 15th 2015, to ensure that your abstract will be listed in the final program.
  • Authors are also encourage to present a full papers until August 1st.

- All instructions regarding poster presentations will be known soon.
- Structure.

- Title.
- Abstract.
- Materials and methods.
- Results and conclusions.
- References.


Posters must be written in English and Spanish.
